The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. It is so close to everything, with a Metro line just a short walk away. Plus, there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies in the nearby area. The front desk employees were always helpful and the rooms were cleaned twice a day, with little chocolates left on the nightstand every night.

There were some issues with the temperature control in the rooms. the room doors were quite thin, allowing for noise from the hallway to be easily heard.

We had an amazing stay in this city at a hotel that was impeccably clean and had modern rooms. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was right in the center of the city and just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. the hotel's staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, tidied up twice a day. The hotel also provided small touches to make our stay special, such as placing chocolates on our nightstand every evening. everything about this hotel was so good and we highly recommend it.

Staying here was amazing! This place is located right in the heart of the city and a Metro line is just a stone's throw away. Everything in the area is so accessible and it's not at all noisy here. The room was spacious and pristine, the heating and air conditioning systems were spot on, the toiletries and tea and coffee facilities were replenished daily, and the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in! The staff was also really accommodating. it's a great place to stay with all the facilities you could ever need!

The room was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, just a few steps from the town center. The staff was helpful and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The daily supply of water and coffee capsules was a nice touch. The bathroom was luxurious and well-equipped. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again if I return to Milan.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The lobby bar was a great place to start the day, offering free cappuccinos and water anytime. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had to change rooms late at night due to a bathroom issue, and they immediately moved us into a better room. The breakfast was very good, with everything homemade, fresh juices, smoothies, and even champagne. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel had a lovely design with a hipster vibe. It was conveniently located, only 5 minutes from the station, making it easy to explore different neighborhoods and walk to the city center.
